Existing Clients

Submit orders through your existing pharmacy information system as you normally would. Our remote pharmacists pick up the queue on the schedule defined in your service agreement. For urgent issues, call our dedicated client line provided at onboarding.

New Clients

We start with a 30-minute discovery call to understand your facility's coverage gaps, then propose a service plan and pricing. Once contracts and BAAs are signed, onboarding typically takes 2–4 weeks before live coverage begins.

Billing & Service Levels

Hourly, per-order, or shift-based billing. All clients receive monthly performance reports including order volume, average turnaround time, and intervention counts. SLA targets and credits are defined in each service agreement.
